About us

DN Manley Ltd is an independent claims management and financial solutions company that offer professional guidance, practical assistance and honest methods of helping people to resolve their problems at a time when it is most needed. At the core of our business is the principle to Treat Customers Fairly. This principle runs through our business from the initial advice process to the day to day servicing. We aim to provide a professional, friendly and comprehensive service to all of our clients.

Whichever route is chosen, we will always endeavor to offer clients advice that we think may be beneficial to them and we will always try to act in our clients best interest. We are completely independent and are not funded by, or connected with any lender. This means that we can offer unbiased advice and a completely impartial service.

All mis-sold PPI and mis-sold Packaged Bank Account claims are handled and run in house by our own team. As a company we have been processing financial mis-selling claims for many years now. We have been regulated by the Claims Management Regulator in respect of claims management activities since 2009.

We only assist clients that have contacted us to request our services or information on potential claims and we do not use cold calling to gain clients. Our clients all contact us directly and any information provided to us from clients is treated with the strictest of confidence.

Our team is made up of our friendly Services Advisors based at our contact centre in Manchester and our highly experienced management team.

Making a claim against your bank, lender or insurer can be a lot of hassle. Of course you could do it yourself, but who wants to spend their time trawling through paperwork, writing long letters to their bank, filling out questionnaires, making telephone calls and so on?

Sometimes it’s just better to let someone else take care of all the hard work for you. That is what we are here for. We can take you through the entire process, helping you to fill out the paperwork to make claiming back what you’re owed as simple as possible.

DN Manley Ltd also assists Solicitors to generate enquiries, vet cases, and with marketing. We have a good understanding of these areas of practice and how they work.

We have a network of personal injury solicitors covering the UK that we can put you in touch with based on the details of your accident or enquiry.

You do not pay us a penny for DN Manley’s personal injury service (*except CICA claims, as these are run in-house and our regular 25% charges are applicable to these cases). Our firms of solicitors pay us to advertise their services to accident victims. We do not pass this cost on to you.

Our solicitors can work on a no win no fee basis, so if for some reason your claim is unsuccessful, providing you fully cooperate with the solicitors you should have absolutely nothing to pay. Upon speaking to the solicitors you will have the opportunity to ask any questions or request any further information on any costs associated with claiming and this information should be provided clearly to you by the solicitor.

Cold Calls Spam Texts And Spam Emails

DN Manley never uses cold calls, spam texts or spam emails to attract new customers. We only help genuine claimants, and we don’t make contact with people unless they ask us to.

Policy Against Abusive Calls

We operate a zero tolerance policy towards the abuse of our employees who have a right to carry out their work without fear of being abused. Malicious or abusive calls are a criminal offence under Section 43 of the Telecommunications Act 1984, and DN Manley will not hesitate to report such acts to the police.
